Paul Branch IACCM 212x212

Paul Branch is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at IACCM. Paul has worked in the Telecommunications/IT industry for over 30 years, with more than 20 years spent in various buy- and sell-side contract and commercial management (CCM) positions. Most recently, Paul was Head of Deal Assurance at BT Group, delivering complex change programs dramatically improving CCM delivery.  

Paul served on the IACCM Board of Directors, as both a Non-Executive Director and Officer.  He is an IACCM Expert Practitioner and Fellow.

Diane Homolak is Vice President of Legal Technology in the Digital Contracting and Commercial Solutions group at UnitedLex.  She is responsible for identifying and assessing Legal technology tools, recommending technology solutions to optimize a client’s contracting processes, and leading client technology implementations in Legal transactions environments.  Prior to joining UnitedLex Diane was the Manager for Global Legal Innovation and Strategic Solutions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise having achieved that position over a 32 year career at HP that included roles as Senior Transaction Attorney, Managing Counsel, and Manager for US Buy and Sell Side Contracting.  Diane served 6 years as the first woman to chair the Board of Directors at the International Association of Contracts and Commercial Management (IACCM).  She has her JD from Cleveland State and her MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Ohio University.  Diane also holds a certificate in Blockchain Strategy from the University of Oxford Said Business School along with Project Management Professional credentials from the Project Management Institute.

 

Rebecca Yoder Headshot

Rebecca Yoder is the Global Partner Solutions Director at DocuSign. Rebecca joined DocuSign in September 2018 as part of the SpringCM acquisition, where she had been Director of Legal Technology. Rebecca brings more than 20 years of corporate legal industry experience to the DocuSign team. In her role, Rebecca shares her expertise with prospects and clients in addition to infusing the legal industry focus and needs within the DocuSign organization, and managing relationships with key partners.

Prior to her current role, Rebecca was Accenture’s Director of Legal Technology and a Contract Manager. As a Contract Manager for her first 10 years at Accenture, she was the catalyst for technology within the sell-side legal team.

 

David Silbert Headshot

David Silbert is a Director in Seal's Analytics Production Group where he designs and implements client solutions. Prior to joining Seal Software, David practiced law at Norton Rose Fulbright and King & Spalding focusing on private equity and capital markets transactions as well as complex commercial litigation for clients in the financial services, energy, and real estate industries.  Before attending Northwestern University law school, he worked for the U.S. Department of Justice in the Legal Policy Section of the Antitrust Division studying the interplay between intellectual property and antitrust law.
