Amber Lester, Associate General Counsel, CyrusOne

Amber is currently Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary of CyrusOne (NASDAQ:CONE), a data center real estate investment trust (REIT), headquartered in Dallas, that focuses on serving the needs of the Fortune 1000 across the United States and in Europe.  Amber is responsible for providing legal counsel to the business on a broad range of matters, particularly in the areas of strategic customer transactions, compliance and security.  Before joining CyrusOne, Amber was an associate in The Law Offices of Thomas W. Bosse, a boutique law firm in Cincinnati, representing companies in the communication and technology sectors.   At Bingham, Greenebaum, Doll, a mid-sized law firm with offices in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, Amber advised public and private clients in civil litigation matters. She has a BA in history and drama from Transylvania University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati.  She is married with three children and lives in Kentucky.

Jim Wagner, President, Seal Software

Jim Wagner is the President of Seal Software. Jim is responsible for corporate strategy, marketing and strategic alliances. Jim joined Seal Software in July 2018 as part of the company’s acquisition of Apogee Legal, the company’s primary partner for the development of advanced analytic accelerators. Jim was the co-founder and managing director of Apogee Legal from January 2015 to the acquisition. Prior to Apogee, Jim served as a founder and principal at multiple highly successful legal technology organizations. Jim holds a JD from Duke Law School, where he frequently lectures and where he is an active member of the Duke Law technology community.
