Duration: 30 Minutes
With global M&A at an all-time high of $2.1 trillion during the first half of 2018, buyers and sellers need to be at the top of their game. When doing your pre-transaction planning, due diligence, and post-merger integration you have historically had to choose between fast, accurate and complete when reviewing contracts. You might get two of the three but never all three, leaving an unknown risk factor in play.
Seal for M&A puts all factors – speed, accuracy, and completeness into play, normalizing your substantive approach to improve efficiency and reduce risk. For the serial acquirer, this changes the game, equipping you with the insights and answers to ensure you are maximizing your M&A opportunities.
